We store registry data securely using Dog Breeder Pro - a specialist pedigree database platform which acts as a Data Processor on our behalf.

Dog Breeder Pro processes personal data only in accordance with our instructions and applies appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

Dog Breeder Pro may use secure hosting providers to support delivery of their service.

We take reasonable steps to ensure data is:

• protected from unauthorised access

• protected from accidental loss

• accessible only to authorised persons

• retained only as long as necessary for the purposes describe

We only work with service providers who provide appropriate safeguards in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.

Where ownership details change, contact information may be updated or restricted, however pedigree lineage records must be retained to preserve the historical accuracy of the registry.

The registry may include dogs located outside the United Kingdom.
